More than 320,000-square-feet of office and industrial space on approximately 20 acres of land in the prestigious Rancho San Clemente Business Park, South Orange County, California. There are 7 buildings in 4 phases that range from 4,000 to 64,000 square feet. Completed Fall 2007.
SIERRA MEDICAL GROUP
Complete remodel of two existing medical structures with 13,500 sf area and added new 6,500 sf medical building with state-of-the-art equipment and communication systems. All construction took place while the medical facilities were up and running. Due to the nature of ongoing business, very precise construction practices are planned to create acceptable and minimum dust and noise. All utilities are to be modified and upgraded to meet new requirements.

Chino Shopping Center
Remodeling of 100,000 sq. ft. of existing shopping center, home to many well-known tenants. Rejuvenating entire facades and some interior remodeling. Upgrading existing power supply and fire sprinkler. Comply with current ADA requirements. Project completed July 2010.

Hanford, CA 1981 Lacey Blvd. – Hanford, CA 93230 Project includes fully automated 120 feet tunnel with state of the art washing equipment, fully automated air dry system, full vacuum system with 18 covered stalls and complete reclaim and recovery water system. Over 4,000 square feet of building on a 35,000 square feet lot. Construction included grading, underground utilities, curb, gutter, street improvement, site improvement, building and equipment installation and start up. Project started December 2010 with certificate of completion was recorded April 1, 2011.

Dinuba, CA 970 West El Monte Way – Dinuba , CA 93618 Project includes fully automated 120 feet tunnel with state of the art washing equipment, fully automated air dry system, full vacuum system with 18 covered stalls and complete reclaim and recovery water system. Over 4,500 square feet of building on a 64,000 square feet lot. Construction included grading, underground utilities, curb, gutter, street improvement, site improvement, building and equipment installation and start up. Project started June 2010 and certificate of completion was filed on November 5, 2010.

Over 4,500 square feet of building on a 45,000 square feet lot. Construction included grading, underground utilities, curb, gutter, street improvement, site improvement, building and equipment installation and start up. Certificate of completion was filed September 1, 2011.

Gonzales St. Oxnard, CA Project included fully automated 135ft tunnel with state-of-the-art washing equipment, fully automated air-dry system with Dry & Shine, full vacuum system with 25 covered stalls and complete reclaim and recovery water system. Over 5,500sf building on a 52,272sf lot. Completed in April 2017.

Channel Islands Blvd. Oxnard, CA Project included fully automated 130ft tunnel with state-of-the-art washing equipment, fully automated air-dry system with Dry & Shine, full vacuum system with 26 covered stalls and complete reclaim and recovery water system. Over 4,800sf building on a 57,208sf lot. Completed in August 2013.

Completed in July 2020.

Over 5,500sf building on a 61,000 sf lot. Completed in November 2020.
